Paypal please. I normally package items very soon after I receive the order, and purchase online postage. Items are despatched within a day or 2. You may cancel your order only if I haven't already purchased postage, as postage is order specific and can't be used again. For refunds, see policy below.

I will ship worldwide on most items. I aim to provide the most economical, but also quickest and safest mode of delivery. I often parcel up and purchase postage online within a day of receiving your order. I always receive proof of posting for items up to value of £20, and extra cover for everything else.

Please ensure your address is up to date as I can't be held responsible after shipping your item, if it is incorrect and the order gets lost, or needs to be reshipped. Buyer will be responsible for any costs incurred if address is not up to date.

Weights of items in listings are before packing. I only charge a minimum for P&P based on requirements, to keep the price low for the buyer. Usually .80p-£1.50 is added to postage cost for packaging, depending on size and fragility. I use recycled/pre-used packaging whenever possible.

Combined postage is automatically calculated when purchasing more than one item. In the event the estimated cost turns out to be more than actual P&P, I will refund the difference.

I tend to use:

Royal Mail 1st class for letter and large letter sizes, 2nd class for small parcels up to 2k and medium parcels 2-5k.

Hermes for medium size parcels 1-2k.

Where extra cover or signature is required, courier might vary weighing up amount of cover with delivery speed, and whether tracking is needed or not.

Any import customs or taxes imposed upon delivery are the buyer's responsibility.

Please be aware that delivery times/targets are based on those stated by the postal services I use, and I am not responsible for delays caused after I have posted the item. My dispatch policy is 1-3 days, and after that the delivery time is down to the courier. Most of the time, deliveries happen when they are supposed to. If you want to ensure a set delivery date, please request an upgrade, ie Special Delivery, before purchasing. Even then, delays can occur! Specially for oversees orders, where customs are involved. Please be patient.

Data they acquire from you, that I subsequently use, will be retained in my account for 4 years: in the event of a dispute, and for tax purposes. Hard/Paper copies of orders are kept in a safe place, in my home. It is not a public place, nor do I have any employees.

The only third parties I share your data with are the trusted couriers I use to dispatch orders, i.e. Royal Mail and Hermes. I have online accounts with them, and your data is held in my account in order to buy and print postage, and in the event of a delivery issue, or for subsequent orders, to increase efficiency. If you have any concerns about your data these couriers use, please contact them directly.

Third parties, such as Paypal and other payment methods use your data for purchases and other business purposes, i.e. returns, refunds, disputes. They may well have other uses for your data beyond my transactions with them, so, if you have any concerns about how they use your data, please contact them directly.
